Background in water management solutions, business development, and real-world application of environmental technologies.
Marc Bellora – Founder & President | Co-inventor of the Aqua Clarifier, Marc brings more than 15 years of senior management experience and two decades in business development and real-estate investment. He combines entrepreneurial leadership with hands-on technical experience in dissolved air flotation and environmental technologies. Marc has led the design, commercialization, and field deployment of Clear Waterways’ water-clarification systems and continues to drive the company’s growth through partnerships with municipalities, research centers, engineering firms, and environmental professionals across Massachusetts
Mark Simon
Co-Inventor | Chief Technology Officer
Brings extensive experience in engineering, product development, and environmental innovation.
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Inventor | Co-inventor of the Aqua Clarifier at Clear Waterways Group. With decades of experience in environmental chemistry, water and wastewater process design, and dissolved air flotation technology, he has developed and patented multiple innovations in nutrient recovery and water treatment. His work includes projects with major industrial and municipal clients such as International Paper and Procter & Gamble, and he continues to lead the technical development, field validation, and optimization of Clear Waterways’ advanced water-clarification systems.
Together, Mark and Marc lead Clear Waterways Group with a shared commitment to developing practical tools that deliver measurable impact.
